This is where the action happens
After the trigger step comes the action, or what you want to happen automatically. In our example, the action is sending the team a Slack notification.
And that's what we call a Zap
A Zap is when your trigger causes an action. But the real magic happens when you wake up to 250 new leads that you got in your sleep.
